Getting same output without cursor in SQL

You'd be better off giving us example data and DDL :

DECLARE @myTable TABLE (col1 INT, col2 VARCHAR(20))
INSERT INTO @myTable (col1, col2) VALUES (1,'abc'),(2,'def'),(3,'hij'),

and a required output.
