First of all you need to upload the RDL onto a Reporting Services site via Visual Studio; as you have downloaded it you will need to: -
- Create a new Report Project in Visual Studio
- Add the downloaded RDL to the Project
- Recreate the data source
- configure the options as to where the Report is to be published.
- Build and Deploy the Report.
Once it is on a Reporting Services web interface you can run the Report and output it as PDF.
