How to provide access to different reports inside the folders for users based on their team names

Hi Sanmay,

According to your description, you want to grant permission for different users to access different reports.

In your scenario, you should grant the users system level permission in site settings and set the security for each report. On Security page of each report, you could add the corresponding users through New Role Assignment button, then grant Browser role for them.
