I have used the user profile service, and other web services but was wondering what to use to pull site information based off a URL.
My goal is to have a user paste in their site URL, and then have a few fields populate based off the URL. The fields I need to have populate are the primary and secondary owners and that's it.
So I would like it if the user could copy and paste their URL into a text field, then have the 2 fields be populated.
has anyone done this before?
