ItemUpdated Even handler does not fire when a new version is uploaded

Hi,

This is what I have done in my environment:

1. Create a Document Library, add a Text column, enable versioning for it;

2. Create Event Receiver handling ItemAdded and ItemUpdated events;

3. Add a new file to this library, ItemAdded and ItemUpdated events being triggered;

4. Add the same file to this library again, version number increases, ItemUpdated event triggered.

It works as expected.

I suggest you create a new Document Library and make the test again to see if the issue still exists.
