Judging by the table manes, this looks like it may part of an ETL process... Which leads me to believe you may have exclusive access to both tables while this process is taking place.
If so, in addition to the indexes that Erland suggested for the staging table, you may find it beneficial to drop all indexes from the destination table prior to the insert and recreate them once the insert is complete.
