If you write "the file will rename" it sounds as if it renames itself. What renames the file, and when?
If you want to wait until the process that is associated with Jpg file exits, you can assign the return value of the Start function to a variable and wait for the end of the process, either by calling WaitForExit, or by setting EnableRaisingEvents to True and handling the Exited event. But somehow I belive this is not what you are looking for.
