Replicated a particular string and create new column

Insert into #sample2(IdNum,itemID,line) values('TRP005207420','SKU002','Line2')
Insert into #sample2(IdNum,itemID,line) values('TRP005207420','SKU002','Line2')

FYI: The same rows. So you got a duplicate records.
