Report Viewer output - customizing

Sorry to jump in here.


I think the reason not to use a report as an input form is that this is not how it's intended to be used.


There will be problems.


This is a bad idea.


.


My advice would be to stick to just showing data in reportviewer and write input forms separately.


With MVC you can use scaffolding to generate an entire basic system with one click.


Then ( of course ) edit that to add functionality.
