Road map Ahead

Its a general question in SharePoint space.

So, its a request to the moderators, please move it to the appropriate general forum.

I would like to know from fellow developers what can be the road map for SharePoint ahead.

We have SP2013 in the market and in cloud space we have Azure and Office 365.

SP2015 is also in the horizon, however there is a deflation of the Market Share.

Could you please let me know, what could be the thing of the future in SharePoint space as i can see by the market share things are going to be very difficult ahead. So, i am raising this question to fellow developers and architects for the awareness.
