How to run sql query in bat file in task schedular at every 10 seconds

Again, you need to be more specific. "It is not executing" - does that  mean that you get an error? Or does the job never run at all?

Did you ever tell us how the job is set up? Are you running the script with SQLCMD? Could you post screen shots of the job definition?
