Excel services data refresh timeout on embedded powerpivot cube

I am trying to perform a manual data refresh from the PowerPivot gallery on an Excel document. This document is using an embedded PowerPivot cube as the source data for the Pivot Table inside of the report. the message is: "The request exceededed the amount of time allowed. It has been canceled"

Any help would be great.
