Export/Import data from SharePoint 2010 to SQL server

Hi,

I have a requirement to Export SharePoint 2010 list data to SQL server and Import it back to SharePoint 2010. Business users will have a user Interface in SharePoint 2010 and by applying filters, they have to get reports (on Submitted data) for business use.

Is it something doable using, BCS, Visual Studio (C# code) or any suggested tools?

It is really appreciated, If I get any help in this regard.
