You can do a form related to the calendar simply using SharePoint designer withou writing any c# code. Just follow these steps:
-Open SharePoint Designer
-Clic List and Libraries in the left menu
-Clic on your calendar list
-You will find on the right a menu named forms; clic on "new" button
-Give your form a name, under "Select the type of the form to create" choose new item form
-Leave other options as they are (if you want a link in List Item Menu just check the box)
Finally you will have a ready form, you can change its design but you can't access to the c#
