Cannot start Reporting Services 2005 under certain AD Accounts

When attempting to run the service under the service account, the event log threw this error:



Report Server (MSSQLSERVER) cannot connect to the report server database.

However, I can confirm that the service account has db_owner role on ReportServer and ReportServerTempDB databases.
