Error on Application Page: The request failed with HTTP status 403: Forbidden

I have used the logic to add web service in my sharePoint Application using link: http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/dd355316.aspx.

But when I moved the NAV application and its database to other server from sharepoint server, then its generates error for 403:forbidden, else its works fine.
