How to I call an event from a plugin through an interface?

i think the answer is already in your question. :-)

An interface can also define an event: http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/ak9w5846.aspx

So you could define an Event in your interface that you implement in your class and raise in the Start-Method. Then your Main-Form can attach to that event.
