Non-greedy regular expression not working

Thanks for the reply. Maybe I wasn't clear..

The regular expression you specified would match ALL of the examples that I put. Regular expression I'm looking for should not match Example #3 and #4 . I want the regular expression to match #1 and #2, but not #3 and #4.
