Visual Basic property setter with more than one parameter?

I am very puzzled, according to MSDN:

Visual Basic is able to add additional parameters for the setter? But VS2010 show an error that the setter cannot have more than one parameter and VS2012 remove the extra parameter automatically when I finish typing the line.

Who is telling the truth?
