According to your description, my understanding is that the Count for a column showed different number for different users.
Per my test, the Count will show the number of the items which containing data in the view that the user can see.
I recommend to verify the things below:
- Did this issue occur on all the other users? Please provide more information of the permission the users have.
- Did this issue occur with other lists? For test, I recommend to test the same scenario in a new list.
