Where is the duplicates dialog box?

I guess you mean the "HideDuplicates" property? In the default "Textbox Properties" dialog of ReportBuilder 3.0 it's indeed not available, but in the advanced dialog. Go to tab "View" and set the checkbox "Properties", in section "Others" you will find the property "HideDuplicates"
