DateTime.Compare not working for the date "12/31/2099"

What is not working? The CompareTo method will return 1 (test = 1) since dtenddate (2099-12-31) is later than DateTime.Now. This is how the DateTime.CompareTo method is expected to work: http://ift.tt/1v080mC
