Different datasets in one Tablix

As for my understanding, you want to display company logo, name from Dataset1 and Employee details from Dataset2 in the same Tablix, but there are not common fields to join Dataset1 and Dataset2. As far as I know, we can use nested subreports in a tablix. Because each subreport can retrieve data from its own dataset. Please refer to the following steps:

1. Create the main report named Report1 with Dataset2, drag Table from Toolbox into the body of Report1, then drag data fields from Dataset2 to tablix cells.


2. Create another report named Report2 with Dataset1, drag Table from Toolbox into the body of Report2, and drag Company_name field from Dataset1 to the first column of the tablix.


3. Right click the cell next to [Compane_name] in Report2, click Insert, and insert the company logo. Then delete the last column and the first row of the tablix.


4. In Report1, right click the last cell of the tablix, click Insert Column, then click Right.


5. Right click the last cell in the data region and click Insert, then click Subreport.


6. Right click the subreport and click Subreport Properties to open the Subreport Properties dialog box, in the Use this report as a subreport list box, select Report2, click OK.
