"_pic_Circle" is another PictureBox right? To get more help from others, I suggest you making a sample project, so that others can easily reproduce your problem.
According to my understanding, you want to drag the circle on the top of the triangle, but the circle got the wrong position when zooming the triangle.
To get the correct position, you need to calculate the Point X and Y based on the zoomed percentage, also you need to consider the relative position of the PictureBox control. Here are two threads that are talking about similar things, you could try the code samples in them:
