=Count(IIF(Fields!LastOnline.Value > DateAdd ("d",-7,Today()),Fields!LastOnline.Value,Nothing))

Or

Sum(IIF(Fields!LastOnline.Value > DateAdd ("d",-7,Today()),1,0))
