Impersonation in Local User without admin rights

Hello,

Can anybody help me, how to do impersonation when I have login user(without admin rights) and impersonated user(with admin rights). I have to access COM level component. I am able to do impersonation but not able to access HKEY_Current_User registry and COM components.

Please give me suggestions.
