Is it possible to nest SELECT statements?

Thanks for trying, but your query as result returns 60 rows: 20 very first rows in the table, and 40 very last rows in the table.

Not to mention that I don’t have the hint what it really does.

However, thanks for showing me how to nest two SELECT statements.
