I just found out my window exceeds the width of my monitor. the accept query is below the window and I cannot get a bite on the window to raise it up to where I have access to it. trying to minimize it hasn't worked. I need to find out where I can adjust my window size so that the displays and responses are all available. boy, do I feel dumb but I did try to lift this before. It was not until I spoke with a tech at Brother that I became aware that this data was there, it was just out of sight and unaccessable. dumb and dumber
