FAST content sources crawl stuck in starting

Hi,

I've been trying to pause my content source from crawling, however it's stuck in "starting" status.

When I tried to resume the content source, all my actions in dropdown were disabled.

How am I supposed to finally pause/resume crawl?

It's in QA environment and test is ongoing, I am checking on this:

crawleradmin --resumecollection <MyFASTSearchWebCrawlerCollection>
