Formatting output so that data repeated between rows is not shown

Hi Visakh,

I will be attempting your solution because it is the only one that I can use. I am working with SAP Business One, therefore I cannot use any '3rd party' additional formatting tools. With regard to the sample code that you provided can you please explain what Seq is? Is this a variable name? If so how do I go about declaring it correctly? Microsoft SQL Server Management Studio is underlining Seq in my code adaptation, so I am concerned that my SQL will not run when I am finished.
