I cannot see where it is problematic to read the configured culture and I do not want to discuss what is reasonable or not. I just want to find out how to read that value.



I see hundreds of forum threads, which are discussing things, they were never intended, but get lost to answer the original question. So I would kindly ask to focus on the original question.
