Please make sure that SQL Server Agent service account or ABC\user1 has enough right to execute "psexec" from SQL Server Job. For such case i would prefer to use proxy account. A proxy account can have special permission to run current OS subsystems like Operating System (CmdExe). Therefore add a proxy account under "SQL Server Agent" and check the appropriate subsystem.
