Parameters not accepting more number of values?

Hi Everyone,

I am newbie to SSRS. There is a parameter "State" in my SSRS report. When i chooose NY the report displays the details of NY but when i select ALL States then the report is generated but the details of NY is not displayed.

When i choose multiple values of States parameter along with NY, some times it displays the NY details and other times t doesnt display the particular value. Can some body suggect how to solve this probleem?
