SSRS Using WHERE in a calculated field

Hi Katherine and thanks for the suggestion.

Ive tried

=sum(iif(Fields!InOut.Value ="In", CDbl(Fields!ID20.Value),CDbl(0)))-sum(iif(Fields!InOut.Value ="Out", CDbl(Fields!ID20.Value),CDbl(0)))

and variations but it just returns 0.
