Remove "choose destination folder" option while uploading document to sharepoint

Hi,

I have granted contribute access to few users over a document folder and do not want them to navigate to & choose other destination folders. Hence, would like to remove the "choose destination folder" option while uploading document to sharepoint. Please suggest how this can be done.
