word creation document from list input

I use SharePoint Designer 2013 and SharePoint 2013 workflow.

I did open, save, close and open again... document still empty

When I open created file with workflow, Document Information Panel is not shown. And when I enable it, my custom fields are also not there.

But if I create document (in library: File-New document) DIP is shown normally
