SSRS 2008R2 Reports not displaying Properly on IE 10/Can we Edit ReportServer Config File and/or WEB.Config file to force IE8 Compatibility Mode at Report Server level?

So, can't we add "add custom HTTP response header" as we can do using IIS Manager in SSRS 2005 days?

BTW, any clue when this IE10 issue with SSRS will be fixed. This is really annoying being honest :(
