SSRS 2008R2 Reports not displaying Properly on IE 10/Can we Edit ReportServer Config File and/or WEB.Config file to force IE8 Compatibility Mode at Report Server level?

Actually, the Compatibility View mode is a feature of Internet Explorer (IE) and can only be set in the IE, hence, we cannot do that on the SSRS side. If the users join in Active Directory domains, we can distribute the IE 10 settings to all the computers with in a domain by using Group Policy and Group Policy Preferences.
