How to create .exe file with csc?

If you want to use csc.exe to compile a c# application look at the following links:

I already read that and it is just simple, but It doesn't work when i write csc File.cs.

I know there are other ways to create .exe file, but I am interested in this way.

What information can I give else?

Also when search for csc in my computer, I is not found, should I install this file?
