Jquery color codes for a column in sharepoint 2010 list does not work with filters

Per my knowledge, the code in the CEWP cannot be executed after clicking page next control or applying list column filter.

I recommend you to use the setInterval() method to call the function that in your code, and the setInterval() method will continue calling the function.

We can also use SharePoint Designer to add the Conditional Formatting to the list column and set the condition criteria separately.
