How to make a custom list with usernames masked

hi all,

I have the following scenario.

A user wants to submit feedback or comment to a person and that person will be constant. Once the user submits in the comment, the person should receive a mail or alert saying that SOMEONE has submitted the comment or Feedback without specifying who is it.

I thought of doing t his using a custom list in SP 2010 OOTB( I am not allowed for any custom development). I thought that I can hide in the usernames as such I do in Survey lists in SP 2010. But I don't see any option as such like that.

Also, the person receiving the alert should not be able to read who has send in the message. It should be totally anonymous for him. Is there any such mechanism in SP 2010 OOTB that I can use for this requirement? I am not sure for custom lists....
