Thanks for your reply but your asnwer is all about IIS and this service is hosted in a Windows Service(as stated in the first post).
My personal account should have admin rights in the domain but Im not 100% sure about this. I do however have admin rights on this computer Im using.
If I understand you correct a WCF service hosted in a Windows Service will use my personal account to communicate with the AD?
