That option is for desktop apps. What you need is the app pool change mentioned by Ashish Pandey. And you already said that your web application no longer works when you change that.
So, install 64 bit ACE or figure out why the application isn't working in a 32 bit app pool. Or better, don't use ACE to begin with.
