The Query Needs to populate Most recent Data and time of the values Captured in those Fields.

I tried your above Problem.

While trying, i assumed that "callback1 < callback2 < callback3 < callback4 < callback5".

I have created dummy data as like bellow.

Then i written a sql statement with nested case statements. See bellow image for Sql query and Result it was giving.

Please let me know if i have assumed any thing wrong.
