Urgent issue!! Duplicate web parts on document set home page?

Thanks for the response.

Actually I am trying to add couple of custom web parts through code on document set home page. But when I visit this page it contains other webparts such as image web part, document set properties web parts, document set contents webparts, etc and they are multiple in number repeated several times. It also contains my custom webparts. I am not sure why other webparts are getting added and that too several times.
