Urgent issue!! Duplicate web parts on document set home page?

Hi All,

I am trying to deploy a custom document set type and a welcome page for document set.

Whenever I deploy the solution, multiple duplicate web parts get added to the document set welcome page.

Event if I deleted the default webparts from elements.xml of the welcome page module, the same behavior is repeated.

I appreciate your suggestions and guidance.
