According to your description, it is contains thai character in your report. This problem occurs because the glyph IDs for some non-English characters have changed in some font files.
As Pradeep post earlier, we can try to install SP3 to solve the issue. However, the issue is posist in your report. To work around this problem, install the same versions of the font files on the server computer and on the client computer.
