Thanks for that, but it's just the same behaviour as in the screenshots you posted above. That just changes what's displayed in the rows. i'm after the behaviour in the screenshot i posted above.
The initial state of the report should only have one row per 'masterpackagename' group. It should then expand conditionally.. I tried it a similar way as you, but also couldnt figure out a way to make the detail row start hidden and stay hidden when certain conditions were met
