Based on my research, I think this issue can be caused by the following two reasons:
- The report is not mapped to a correct dataset. If you can run the report in locally, please try to redeploy the report with dataset and data source, and specify the “OverwriteDatasets” and "OverwriteDataSource" values as “True.
- The issue may be an authentication problem. If the report use shared DataSet ”ContactActivitySummary” as dataset, we can go to Data Sources properties of the report to find the data source. Then check the credentials stored securely option is checked and you are passing a valid user account that has access to the data source, please click ‘Test Connection’ button test this, then click ‘Apply’ button.
