From the sample data, the job # J012362 has ExpectedDate (ShipDate) of (2014-07-31) i.e Thursday. If the job is not shipped on that date, 'TestNewShipDate' will add 7 days to the date which will be (2014-08-07). The problem is the 'TestnewShipDate' will get updated (add 7 days) on Sunday (2014-08-03) instead of Friday (2014-08-01) if the job was not shipped. I want the 'TesNewShipDate' to get updated on Friday (2014-08-01) instead of Sunday (2014-08-03)
